Regulatory Compliance
Industries
Compliance runs on documents. Obligations arrive as regulation, evidence arrives as supplier paperwork, and somebody reconciles the two by hand.
Compliance systems encode rules written by somebody else, which change on a schedule nobody controls. The standard is the deliverable: a format like a structured invoice or an ingredient nomenclature is defined externally, and conformance is checked by a validator that does not care how the file was produced.
What we have built here
Delivering e-invoicing and cosmetics compliance taught us to model the standard, never the paperwork around it. When the rule changes, a system that encoded the document has to be rewritten and one that encoded the standard has a new revision. We left both clients able to answer a regulator from the data, without assembling the answer by hand.
Case studies in this industry
CRM Migration and Practice Automation for an Accountancy Group
Extracting a practice from a closed SaaS platform into a system of record it owns. Then automating the receivables chasing that had been manual across six entities.
Cosmetics Safety and Labelling Compliance
A document pipeline that turns safety data sheets into structured, regulation-aware records. Including the labelling rules a human reviewer would otherwise apply by hand.
